DISCOVERY DAY GOALS

  • Engage in meaningful discussions about the latest innovations, cutting-edge technology, and the exciting future of fitness. Discover how we’re challenging the status quo and Changing the Way You Train through new ideas, smarter methods, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • CEO & Founder Anthony Kapasakis, COO Sabrina Chandler and CMO Stephen Dobbins will all be presenting.

  • There will be several owners there in attendance for break-off conversation opportunities and a large-format panel about the ups and downs of ownership.

  • A full SETS workout preview led by our Fitness Director, Mike Varall. This workout will get the heart rate up but will focus on the importance of coaching and team building through out.
